What a sh$% hole this place is... There's a night club in it which kept me awake all night with the noise and the people shouting.. Also the trams go right past the windows and start at stupid oclock in the morning... Finally the beds were uncomfortable and the toilets and showers were DISCUSTING!!!!! Will not recomend to anyone ever!!!

This hostel is the worst one I and my partner have stayed in room was meant for 6 but then we found that an English man and his polish wife were sleeping on the 2 person sofa in room while their son slept on a top bunk room too hot shower and toilet filthy and too noisy with trams and partiers to leave window open would not recommend this place to anyone and visit.g badly maintained rubbish left in hall from the previous nights revellers

if you want a place to stay and you are on a budget. but if you are looking for a long stay that is comfortable and enjoyable this may not be the right place
Hostel Overview
Hostel Fleda is located in the historical building of 19th century cabaret Fledermaus (The Bat). It still follows the tradition and today you can find here a celebrated club Fleda, where the most important club events in Brno take part. But it’s not only a music but also a cinema or theatre that you can enjoy here.So if you search for a cheap and cosy accommodation with characteristic atmosphere, our hostel is the right choice.
Brno is famous for it's early functionalist architecture (Villa Tugendhat is listed in Unesco World Herritage). Apart from many museums and galleries there's an accesible underground vault in Capuchin monastery full of mummified monks. However, Brno is very much alive and it has a beautiful surroundings, especially the cave area of Moravian Carst Natural Reserve and several castles and chateaus scattered around. By plane, train or bus you can easily get both to Prague, Wienna or Bratislava.

| Bus: | From the main bus station walk through the Vankovka shoping centre and past the Tesco (5 min) or from the bus station in front of Grand Hotel go back (100 m) and get to the train station. There change to tram no. 1 or 6 and get off at the Hrncirska stop (6th stop). The hostel is just on the right side. |

| Location: | The hostel is located in the red building with the "Fleda" sign just next to the Hrncirska tram and bus stop (no. 1 and 6.). Its only 5 min by tram and cca 15 min walk to the historical centre. In the neighbourhood is beuatiful Luzanky park. In the same building as hostel is also famous Fleda club. |
| Rail: | Buy ticket for 14 CZK and from the main train station take the tram no. 1 or 6 and get off at the Hrncirska stop (6th stop). The hostel is the red building just on the right side next to the stop. |
| Airport: | From the airport it takes cca 20 min to the city centre by bus no. 76 or no. 86 (night bus). In the main train station change to tram no. 1 or 6 and get off at the Hrncirska stop (6th stop). All you need is ticket for 22 CZK (60 min). You can also take a CITY taxi from the airport. |
