An excellent hostel close to Borth Station. A nice, clean kitchen, dining room, TV room, games room, and, above all, excellent beds. It has a "laundry" but no actual place to clean clothes, unfortunately. Otherwise, and excellent experience!
Hostel Overview
Borth hostel is a spacious Edwardian house overlooking Cardigan Bay with most bedrooms enjoying sea views. There is a strong possibility of dolphin and seal sightings from the hostel. The coast is clean safe with four miles of sandy long beach, 20 metres away, making this hostel a great beach fishing location.We have a licensed restaurant, nine of our 11 bedrooms have sea views and we’re also close to village amenities.
The Ynyslas and Ynys Hir nature reserves, Nant Yr Arian Forestry Centre and the world renowned Centre for Alternative Technology are all within reach by bicycle, public transport or car.

| Bus: | Arriva Cymru service 512 operates hourly between Borth and Aberystwyth and will drop you off outside the hostel on request. At present, buses into Aberystwyth leave at 49 minutes past the hour, with the return journey into Borth at 15 minutes past the hour. These times change slightly, twice a year.
