welcome This month I spent a day in the hotel Bergamo - Nuovo Ostello di Bergamo . It is nice place, far from town, in a quiet place. There were two difficult issues. First it was not soap in the bathroom. The second was that I slept with two people in the room. One of them snoring. At 2 o'clock at night I could not sleep. The receptionist would need to ask those who stay, if snore. These people who snore should be accommodated together. Thank you.

An enjoyable stay. Warm, clean and friendly. Free wifi a bonus and TV in the room but no english channels.

Hostel Overview
Bergamo Youth Hostel rises in the residential district of Monterosso, a strategic area for reaching both the City Center and Orio al Serio International Airport hub of several low cost flights such us Ryanair. The hostel offers a warm welcome, single, doubles, family and groups accommodation (all with en-suite facilities), a nice flowered garden, a full equipped solarium and several services such us free luggage room, safety boxes, internet point, bikes, baby fittings, and more. Panoramic elevator. No architectural barriers. Tailored catering service for groups. Small pets are welcome. Once in Bergamo you might visit the town with its Romanesque churches, renaissance mansions, baroque buildings, neo classical villas and the firstly the most representative space in Bergamo : the upper town and Piazza Vecchia which can easily reached from the YH (bus number 3 connects the YH and the upper town). For families excursions several resorts such us Minitalia, Gardaland, and the fauna park Le Cornelle (one of the most important Italian one) can easily can be reached. Furthermore the hostel provides an ideal base for visiting others Italian cities of art such us Venice, Milan and Verona.Bergamo stay tax 0,40€ per person per night
