it was dirty, and the bathrooms were very unpleasent. closing the kitchen at night and then disallowing tenants to come inside with food at night left me in a very awkward situation. i would not come back to this hostel.

    Hostel response:
There is a big sign on the front door asking guests not to bring fast food in after a night out, as the kitchen/dining area are closed. We can't really make it any clearer. It is unpleasant for guests sharing dorms to have their room mates bringing in food late at night - the smell is difficult to shift - and in the past we have quite often had to throw out bedding stained with curry etc The cost of your bed does not cover the cost of replacing bedding or leaving a room unsold for a night to air.

The beds were a bit hard, and the rooms a bit dingy, but it was dirt-cheap, so you get what you pay for.

the streetnoise at night was terrible. You could here everything. We did not sleep wel. There was one very friendly man at the desk who helped us a lot with hours of busses en streetmaps. The computers where very good to use. It lasted till 19.00h when the central heating went on in the rooms so before you had to stay in the cold ! and that in january !

This hostel is new and clean more than I expected. The location is also great, about 10 minutes walking from the Europa Bus Station.

The floor in my room needed a good clean and the radiator didn't warm up the room in cold weather. It is in a good location with plenty of places to eat around the corner.

The location of this hostel is very central to the city centre but it was very noisy at all hours.

I was pretty happy with this hostel. The only thing I would suggest, is to provide the guests with free wi-fi. After my stay here, I began looking for only those hostels that provided this, regarless if they were HI or not.
