Very modern and clean place, but a little expensive compared to other International Hostels in Peking. The staff have a very good understanding of English, which is so helpful for directions etc

the yha hostel seemed to be run as there second job as the place was also a cafe... more French florist than Beijing experience. Beds were hard and communication was difficult.Great location but very expensive food and drinks.

Althought the hostel changed the address without any notice to us, the new location is very convenient. It is a bit far from the subway but the street is really warm and with many stores and places to eat and drink. Nice environment.

I am very impressed by the friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of the hostel and the imaginative floral decoration. The place looks very up market. The location is very interesting-in the middle of a hutong. It is also very convenient for travelling to and fro from most of the sights.

They had recently moved to a new location on Nan Luo Gu Xiang, fantastic location in old Hutong area. Really clean bathrooms and showers.

We LOVED our stay in the hostel last week! Everyone was extremely nice and the hostel is beautifully decorated. The only reason I said "good" for comfort is because the beds were a little hard, but all in all I would stay there again in a heartbeat!!

Peking Youth Hostel has a great staff! They are all very helpful, knowledgeable and English speaking. The hostel itself has an amazing common room where you can meet and chat with anyone, being a single traveller that helps alot. This hostel has everything a single traveller needs.

| Rail: | From "Beijing Main Train Station" Take Bus 104 to Bei Bing Ma Si and then cross the road keep going ,walking to the end of Bei Bing Ma Si hu tong and then cross the road, you will find us. From "Beijing West Train Station" Catch Bus No. 623 and get off at Luo Gu Xiang Station. | Airport: | From Beijing International Airport Taxi From Beijing International Airport, taxis are available to take you directly to Nan Luo Gu Xiang. The journey normally takes around 40 minutes to 1 hour from the airport to the hostel. SubWay Take Airport Express Train to DONGZHIMEN Station. Then take subway Line 2 to Yong He Gong lama temple, and then transfer Line 5 to Zhang Zi Zhong Lu Station. Come out from Exit A and then turn right to Ping An Da jie. Then keep going straight and pass the 3rd traffic light. (The hostel is 200 meters south from the traffic light on your left hand). |
