The hostel surroundings is a park. this is great. It was calm, even though musicians were there and practising. The staff is friendly and willing to help. One nic ething is that the hostel is close to a mini-metro station. You can be downtown Perugia in 10 minutes with no hassle.

Although the building is nice and surrounded by a park, the hotel is not well situated: in front of a road in a suburban area of Perugia of no interest for travelers. Personal is kind though and the rooms are clean. As always in Youth Hostels in Italy, the breakfast is a joke: a small piece of bread (10 cm) per person/and or crackers, some tasteless jam and undrinkable coffee. The only 'eatable' alternative is cereals... so don't bother. Don't know why they don't work on it in Italy: a good breakfast is part of the Youth Hostel experience guys! Seems they're obsessed in making the most benefits possible... All in all, with the bad location and the very basic service you get, I wouldn't recommend staying there. If you're on a budget, there is another Youth Hostel in Perugia city. If you can afford something better, there are alternatives.
