C'est assez loin du centre de Londres, il faut utiliser le métro (train) qui est vraiment trop cher.

The biggest problem for me was the need to go to the desk to acquire things in order to cook or to watch TV. One had to pay a deposit to use a cutting knife to to get the remote control (without which the TV would not work) The kitchen door was coded, and inconvenience on the first couple of days if you left the code upstairs. I am not sure why there needed to be so much control of everything. It is the only YHA hostel that I have been in where this applies, and I would seriously consider going somewhere else. I need to note that the staff were always friendly, helpful and efficient, but I felt some of the measures were a case of overkill.

if the number of switches in the rooms could be increased as just 2 plug switches was totally inadequate in a dorm with 10 girls and in today's date when everyone has a cellphone to charge!!

an enyoyable stay.thought the prices of food a little bit too expensive. would deter budget travellers from purchasing meals/drinks.

Peaceful and quiet area. Breakfast is a very good value to buy. Wifi is not included and only works on the reception floor/café area which is a negative. Very sensitive smoke detectors so you may have to evacuate the building on occasion. All-in-all a good place to stay at a very reasonable price.

Dorm rooms have triple! bunks and are en-suite which is annoying when someone wants to have a shower at 5 in the morning.

Catch the C10 from either Canada Water Underground or Rotherhithe Underground stations. Victoria Coach Station - Turn left onto Buckingham Place Road and walk 300m to Victoria Underground. Take the Victoria line to Green Park, change onto the Jubilee line south to Canada Water. |
