Nice hostel, enjoyed having shower and w/c facilities in the room, felt the atmosphere wasn't as friendly as some other hostels, everyone seemed to want to just keep to themselves, not hostels fault of course, no problems, would be nice to know about 3 day travel ticket before I arrived as it is such good value and necessity with hostel being in bad cansttt, I bought an additional ticket I didn't need before I found out about it

Please make some marks on your crystal glass front door. I ran into that when I was walking out of the front door in the early morning. It really hurt.

Very disappointed that there was no free Internet. It doesn't matter of its in the lobby or the rooms or wherever, but it's the 21st century!! Your greeter luckily directed us to a burger kind about 5 minutes away where we could get some free internet. The hostel was nice otherwise. Oh! And as a side note, some better marking on the outside would be good. We walked by it about 5 times and the only reason we found it is because we went in to ask for directions and discovered that we were actually there! Again, lovely hostel with great breakfast, nice comfy rooms and a very modern feel. Only recommendations are better signage and free wifi.

Hostel Overview
Welcome to Youth Hostel Stuttgart Neckarpark - Germanys most modern Youth Hostel, located in Bad Cannstatt at Stuttgarts riverside.YH Neckarpark is a great new building with highest comfort standards and environment-friendly energy standards. Located directly next to the train station "Neckarpark", the Youth Hostel is your base to plan and start your trip around Stuttgart. The YH is just a walk away from the Mercedes-Benz-Museum, the zoo "Wilhelma" and the city beach "Neckarstrand". The huge event area "Wasen" is located in a walkway distance of 5 minutes. There you have various acts and events like the "Frühlingsfest", "Cannstatter Wasen", circus, open air concerts and sports events. Just one station away there are the event locations "Porsche Arena" and "Mercedes Benz Arena" where concerts, sports games and different other events take place.
Our newest Hostel has 2-, 3-, and 4-bedrooms, all furnished modern and with own shower and toilet. In the entrance area we offer a lounge with TV and a Bistro with coffe and cocktail offerings, as well as group rooms on each floor. WLAN, newspapers and tickets for nearly all kind of events, museums and locations are available at the reception. Information about transport, shopping locations, local events and programmes is provided by our friendly staff.

| Bus: | By night-bus from "Schlossplatz" comfortable with the night-bus-line N5 to our Hostel: Always on friday, saturday and before holiday at 01:11 a.m., 02:00 a.m, 02:22 a.m., 03:10 a.m. and at 03:33 a.m from "Schlossplatz" until the station "Elwertstraße". |
| Metro: | The hostel is right next to Bad Cannstatt railway station. From here you can take S1, S2 and S3 trains to Wilhelmsplatz underground station (5 min) where the U1, U2 and U13 undergrounds stop. |
| Parking: | Please notice that we don´t have our own car park. You find parking spaces free of charge in the "Kegelenstraße". |
| Location: | Germany’s most modern youth hostel, Stuttgart Neckarpark is located right in the lively Bad Cannstatt district where the beer festival and many other events take place. Bad Cannstatt railway station is right next to the hostel and the city centre is within easy reach by S-Bahn train. |
