Pesimo el servicio, venia de pasarla genial en HI San Francisco y HI Waikiki, y la atenciòn en este Hostel es la peor que he tenido en 10 años que vengo hospedandome en HI. espero puedan mejorarlo la ubicaciòn y precio es muy bueno.

There should be tags in every bathroom to put on the door handle while being occupied. So, customers don't have to go checking every closed door to see if it's free.

The only negative thing to point out regards restrooms. There are not enough showers/toilets, most restrooms have only one toilet and shower, so they can be used by only one person at a time and it's not practical (at least that was the case on the first floor). As they are used by so many people, they should be cleaned more often. The rest is ok, the hostel is nice and very well located and staff is really frendly.

Our hostel does meet the minimum standards set by our national organization for bathroom facilities per bed, however, when everyone is trying to get ready in the morning, it may not feel that way. Instalaciones muy antiguas. Deberia realizarse una renovacion de camas, ampliar los banos y la cocina

We agree that our building has its challenges, although we have spent much money and time on it over the years.
