Hostel Overview

Aabenraa is a fascinating merchant town. The town is located in a wide subglacial stream trench, encircled by the estuary, hills and forests. From ancient times, fishing, trade, and shipping have been the main industries of the town. Aabenraa has a well-preserved and charming town environment and a long pedestrian street. Not far from Aabenraa is a well-preserved stretch of the ancient Hærvej road, with many relics from ancient times. Aabenraa is also an ideal place for studies of the border area's history, as the regional archives of Southern Jutland are kept here. Please check hostel for low-season prices.
