cathedral and plaza, pedestrain shopping mall, walking in the city center/old town, etc. Surprisingly enjoyable, nice people/locals. Zaragoza was a pleasant surprise (as it is not much mentioned in tourism publications (and other Spanish towns/cities like Leon, Burgos, Caceres). Spain has at least 15 World heritage Sites! |

HI Hostel Zaragoza - La posada del ComendadorWe opened at the same time as the Expo celebration in 2008 took place in Zaragoza. The hostel is an incredible Medieval building that was totally refurbished but it keeps the original style of the Inquisitors Palace. We are just in the historic centre, next to the Basilica del Pilar and with easy access to the Expo. | more...... |
