25 May 2013 Linda, Australia:
The town of Zagarolo is in a spectacular setting and is very pretty. The Toy Museum, the Museo del Giocattolo, is excellent. It was great to be only 35 minutes by train away from Rome. Rome is so big, noisy and crowded, coming "home" to leafy, green Zagarolo at the end of the day was more relaxing than staying in the city. |

Make sure to by the Roma Pass...it will save you money and you don't have to wait in line at the attractions (not valid for Vatican) |

Wiki Hostel has a bar and restaurant. During the free breakfast, you can select from a menu what you want for dinner at a reasonable price. Wiki has several local wines - I had a rose that was bottled by Wiki - and national wines as well. |
