If you can find somewhere that is open on weekends, good luck to you. I found one pub near the main station which was open and busy, and so stayed there. |

Not a whole heap to see. Worth talking to the locals to see what they recommend. One gave us a two hour guided walking tour of the city which was quite interesting. |

Interlaken! Interlaken! If you want some great hikes, weather and a range of sports activities at a cost- hang gliding, canyoning...strongly reccomended! |

| HI Hostel Zürich The hostel is in a quiet, residential area near Lake Zurich and 15 minutes by tram to the city centre, with its charming old streets and wealth of museums. The "Rote Fabrik" cultural centre in Wollishofen, offering avant-garde concerts, theatre and discos, is within walking distance.There is capacity for 281 guests and facilities include TV.
