Manchester museum. Have free city tours taking the circular buses. The Alan Turing Memorial (famous mathematician and father of the Computer Science) in the Sackville Park (Manchester Centre). Beeston Castle, and other historic places about 50 km from Manchester, very easy to arrive by car. |

| HI Hostel Manchester YHA This waterfront, purpose-built hostel is set in the fashionable Castlefield area very close to some of Manchester's best museums, shops and clubs.
