...Green Park. I realize that next to Regents' Park and Hyde Park, it is small and sometimes gets overlooked by the tourists for that reason, but it is a fantastic place to relax, have a bag of crisps and a coke and just watch people. Also, do not ignore the British Museum. It does not charge admission except for the special temporary exhibits and contains some truly amazing artifacts. Reserve a whole day due to the sheer volume of things to see, and because there can be crowding around things like the Rosetta Stone, so you might need to come back to it later in your walk around the Museum. |
