All of these are a short walk from the hostel tate modern across the thames, the Giuld hall, and a new art gallery, and below the gallery is part of a large roman ampetherter,and a good watch and clock museum at the side of the giuld hall and there is the London museum which is also very good |

Preiswertes Frühstück und kleine Snacks gibt es bei "EAT" - über die Millenium-Bridge und dann links, ansonsten in der ganzen Stadt. Haben dort immer gefrühstückt. Unbedingt Travel-Card besorgen, das ist absolut stressfei. Was uns aufgeffallen ist, es gibt nirgends Pläne für die Busse. Im Hostel beim einchecken fragen, die haben welche. |

| HI Hostel London - St Pauls YHAKosmopolitisches Ambiente mit vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten drum herum! Die Jugendherberge ist in der ehemaligen Chorschule der St.-Pauls-Kathedrale untergebracht. Von der ursprünglichen Einrichtung ist viel erhalten geblieben, wie etwa die Eichenpaneele der Kapelle, die jetzt als Versammlungsraum dient, oder das Rektorat mit Aussicht auf St. Paul, das als Aufenthaltsraum genutzt wird. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind von hier aus leicht zu erreichen, insbesondere Tate Modern und das Museum of London. | mehr...... |
