Cardiff Castle! And check out Swansea! Amazing beaches 2 hour from Cardiff. Get the Shuttle 100 bus, the company is called First. Cheap and very good. |

I liked Roath Park, Castle Cardiff, the Bay Barrage, and the Millenium Centre. The Doctor Who exhibition is small but amusing. |

Walked to the Grape and Olive Restaurant just a few blocks up the street. Great place to meet friends and family or just go to have a beer. |

Park just few blocks down the street from the hostel is well frequented by guests and locals...tennis, walking/hiking trails and history of the "fair oak tree" shown on plaques in the park. |

St. Fagins - A park which you can see a lot of original Welsh houses from different ages. They took them from any Welsh places and rebuilt it in that suburb of Cardiff. Cardiff Castle -a must-see |

St. Mary's Street (e.g. Liquid which is at the very end of the street) is plastered with loads of good night clubs and bars. For cultur lovers the Millenium Center (by the bay) offers a great range of plays, musicals etc. |
