The Roman Baths, and if you've ever heard of them, the William (and Caroline) Herschel Museum near the Jane Austen Centre. Really good value for a quirky little museum experience with fun artefacts. |

for breakfast: Patisserie Valerie is absolutely adorable, great breakfast for a good value and the place is packed with little old ladies drinking tea. It's right in town near Starbucks. A glimpse of British culture not to be missed. |
