IF you are a book lover, do not miss British Library. Many original manuscripts are on displayed. Walking tours are another excellent things to do if you are new to London. Hop-on hop-off bus is a must. Anderson tours depart daily to different parts of Britain are also worth considering if you don't have much time to explore yourself.

For a classy night out, and to avoid suffering a million tourists doing a tour of Westminster Abbey, you can buy tickets to see amazing performances in Westminster Abbey. Usually it will be the choirs performing classics. I just saw a perofrmance of J.S.Bach's Saint John's Passion in the Abbey- amazing choirs and unique experience. So much better than fighting with a million tourists to see inside the Abbey, and only a few pounds extra.The box office for the Abbey is Saint John's Smiths Square.
