Most places are quite reasonable, but I would go to Tesco and buy my own meals and cook it at the hostel.

I will suggest to cook yourself. Just outside the building, turn left and walked 5-10 mins, these was a Chinese supermarket and two western supermarket to buy the food easily.

HI Hostel Edinburgh Central SYHA

El albergue Edinburgh Central se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad, en el corazón de la capital de Escocia. La famosa Princes Street, el Castillo de Edinburgo, la Milla Real y el casco viejo están a tiro de piedra. A un paso hay lugares de entretenimiento, bares, restaurantes y cafeterías, pero también puedes tomarte una relajante copa en nuestro propio bar. El albergue Edinburgh está abierto durante todo el año y puede alojar fácilmente a grupos, familias y personas solas.
