Well it's not cheap but the food is awesome - Funkalistic just on the next corner. Ikki sushi in Karlaplan is also brilliant.

For nice meals (not in the area of hotel I am afraid) I would recommend Pelican, traditional swedish restaurant and Herman, very good vegetarian restaurant with amazing views and terraces, both in the southern island. Another good address to eat : SaluHall covered market.
