Your best bet is to go to the local supermarket, there's a Lidl down the road form Vondelpark, and buy your food from there. Eating out is expensive!

You may want to book tickets in advance for the Museums etc. Or there's the red light district, it depends on what you're into... PS the red light district is hard to find, and there's not much to see anyway!
