Sortland Vandrerhjem opens at Easter 2009 Sortland Vandrerhjem is located in the centre of Sortland. The hostel has 15 rooms, divided on 36 beds. Showers and wc are located in the hallway, with an exception of 5 rooms that have their own bathrooms. The reception for Sortland Vandrerhjem is located at Sortland Hotel, which is in front of the hostel. All inquiries about the hostel are directed to the reception at the hotel. It is also possible to buy breakfast coupons for NOK 60,- at the reception. Sortland is known to be “the blue town along the strait” in Vesterålen in Nordland County.
