After Stockholm I got the XL2000 fast train to Malmo and crossed the bridge in Copenhagen, Denmark. The whole took around 4 hours but Stockholm-Copenhagen is easily accessible in a day. One of the guys in our cabin got the Viking boat from Stockholm to Helsinki which he said was a 16 hour trip for 36 euro.

Stockholm `af Chapman & Skeppsholmen' Hostel offers you a unique hostelling experience. Be inspired with one of HI's 'hostels with a difference' - a boat hostel! This old sailing ship hostel is one of the HI network of hostels in Sweden, and one of five hostels in the Stockholm area. Here you will find one of the most famous landmarks in the city overlooking the Gamla Stan (the Old Town) and the Royal Palace. Please note the beds are allocated in two locations - the boat hostel and the hostel building adjacent to the boat.
