The vastness, diversity and color of Wai O Tapu's geothermal area was fascinating and beautiful. Lady Knox geyser doesn't compare to Pohutu,but the other geothermal formations are surreal. If you can't afford both sites, watch Pohutu from Rotorua with binocolors.
