There is a place called Lido, I think, it's on the street with the two open air bars each end. On one end you will see a large grey painting of an old plane and some guy, in the direction you look at the painting half the way down on the right side, you will find the place. It's like a buffet and you can choose what you want, I got chicken and popatos for 2.50 LVL, cheap.
