Restaurant Backhaus offers good, inexpensive danish cuisine. For coffee and cake the bakery in the main city square near the cathedral is just perfect! |

Breakfast was quite full on. Although, a typical hostel breakfast: cereal + toast. Was quite plentiful in selection though, there was an awesome cereal made of roasted seeds I've not seen anywhere else. |

HI Hostel Ribe Danhostel Ribe is a modern eco labeled hostel situated in the centre of Ribe, the oldest town in Denmark, with a view of both the medieval town, Ribe Cathedral and the new Wadden Sea National Park - one of the world’s 10 most important wetlands.
Rooms in the hostel have 2-4 beds (July dorms up to 8 beds). Facilities include self-catering kitchen, many cosy places, Internet access, a sports hall, and a courtyard to talk or relax.
