Maybe not really budget, but in Solon (Bankastraeti Reykjavik) we had dinner twice, good quality and not that expensive.
Don't miss... 30 Jul 2010 Hulda, Iceland:
Yoko Ono's peace sculptures at Videy, an island at the shore of Reykjavik. Dimmuborgir at Myvatn, N-Iceland, huge land area covered with old lava, where the nature has sculpted huge lava cliffs. Afterwards, you can join the "blue lagoon" of the north, located at Myvatn. Asbyrgi, a little east of Myvatn, where you can camp in the beautiful environment, with probably 100 meter high cliffs forming a horse shoe around you. Absolutely amazing place and one of a kind in the world. The Blue lagoon close to Keflavik.
