In the morning I went to the reception to check in, and they said I had to pay 100 euros for the double room, and when I said I wouldn't pay they were very rude to me, and started to make a fool of me in french. Actually, ALL the staff there is VERY rude. I was so upset, tired, annoyed and humiliated that I decided to take all my stuff and leave, as quick as possible, that horrible place. |

This almost ruined my trip. My friend and I went to almost all the hostels from Hi Hostels in Brazil, Argentina, Paraguai, UK, Ireland, Belgium and they all were PERFECT, but this Le d'Artagnan was the most horrible experience I have ever had in my life. |

Jump on the 11 Euro pub crawl and you will meet people easy and get pritty smashed. Night life is good if you are looking for a meal and chill out drinks although its not a happening place other than the sites. |

Paris is expensive! Baguettes are always a cheap lunch choice. Have a light breakfast at the hostel, have a baguette with cheese during the day and have one big meal in the early evening. |

| HI Hostel Paris - Le d'Artagnan The hostel is very close to the Eurolines bus terminal and just 15 minutes from the city centre. With capacity for 440 guests it is the largest hostel in France and offers impressive facilities including a free cinema, four internet terminals, a bar, a cafe and a laundry. Children under 18 staying unaccompanied at the hostel will need an authorization from a parent or guardian.
