Moaz Falafel - vegetarian and delicious with many many toppings, there are 2 locations on the pedestrian streets in the Latin quater. Also, the many many sandwich and panini available while walking along the streets. Cheap, lots of varirty, and they will grill it to make it hot.

get down to the level of the the river Seine - take the stairs down and walk along the paths where the house boats are tied up. It's a nice walk and a bit of an escape.. bring your lunch and some wine if you like
