Any boulangerie with fresh baked bread! A baguette for 60 cents, you can't go wrong! Stop by and local grocery store for un peu de fromage francais and you have a meal! Delicious. |

The Greek/Turkish quarter nearby - I forget which street it was but we found an excellent "formule" menu at 10.30pm in a little informal restaurant which served us MOUNTAINS of good, wholesome food for €11 each - it was amongst the kebab shops somewhere off Av de Republique (possibly near Rue Rampon) |
