18 Jun 2008 Rowena, England & Wales:
It's not haute cuisine, but in a little warren of streets behind the Place St Michel (just over from Notre Dame, facing the fountain turn left before Gibert Jeune) there's tons of restaurants offering decent enough three course menus for 15 euros or so. Or else rue Montparnasse (NOT Boulevard Montparnasse) by the metro station of the same name, is full of wonderful creperies. |

18 Jun 2008 Rowena, England & Wales:
The Musee Rodin is lovely, with some of his sculptures set outside in the gardens as well as inside the house. The Pantheon's interesting and a little different to the standard Paris attractions, as are the tours up the canal starting at Bastille. Sights that are a bit more typically touristy but which nonetheless have to be done are the Eiffel Tower (consider popping along the river to see the mini Statue of Liberty), Sacre Coeur, and at least go and see the glass pyramid at the Louvre even if you don't go in. |

16 Jun 2008 PENG, England & Wales:
Meals outside is really cheap, if you're intrested in grills&beers. The breakfast is good at the hostel. |

24 Jun 2008 Ayaz, USA:
There are tons of cheap palces to eat around the place. The Turkish kebab places are open till late at night. The bakery in the same street had some amazing bread. |

24 Jun 2008 Ayaz, USA:
Take a walk down to Notre Dame and do not miss the Latin Quarter. They are both pretty close by and one misses all the scenery by taking the metro. |
