You can buy frozen or semi-frozen food in a supermarket nearby. The hostel doesn't have a kitchen, but you can use the fridge and the microwave. |

Planete Istanbul on Rue du Faubourg du Temple was a really nice value and a good quantity of food for the hungry travellor -- and right across the street is a small Indian eatery that offers excellent quality, nutrition and amount for a really reasonable price -- sorry I can't remember its name. |

Paris has everything, too many places to mention. In warmer weather, it's fun to take the Canal Saint Martin boat which goes through the locks famous from the Amelie movie. |
