There are many restaurants, good quality takeout stalls and grocery stores at the Shin Osaka station. The Pantry (grocery store type) had good variety of health foods and bento boxes. |

Not a budget meal, but for the ultimate sushi thrill, try the fugu at Zuboraya, in Dotombori Arcade. Also make sure to try Osaka's specialty, takoyaki. |

Umeda Sky Building, for an awesome 360 degree view of Osaka, and the Osaka Aquarium if you are into those sorts of things. The main central tank with the whale shark is spectacular. |
