Kamadoya- right outside the Youth Hostel; it's run by an awesome guy, and the closeness to the hostel made it a frequent watering hole. The place is actually a chain, but I haven't tried any others yet. |

Shin Osaka Station's 2F restaurant corridor. There's a hidden gem the Shin Osaka hostel knows about, called Eki Cafe. Amazing. |

Popeye Manga and Comic Net Cafe, for the Japanese cultural experience of relaxing (or staying overnight) at a net cafe. Free drinks and very inexpensive hot food! |

For the adults - South of the Hostel about 6-7 blocks there are lots of restaurants and places to get a drink, close to a train station, sorry forget the name. Not much around the Hostel. |

HI Hostel Osaka - Shin-Osaka YHOnly 5min from Shin-Osaka Station (Shinkansen-Station in Osaka). Our hostel is very good location & we have very clean rooms. It is convenient for the sightseeing such as Kyoto, Kobe, and Nara. | more...... |
