Take a train from Central Station up to Lago de Como (though thats not the name of the train station, ask the desk what station to stop at). Cheap to get to, Como is a beautiful village built into the hills around a Lake. The lake provides great views of other villages, and it is on the Swiss border so a lot of stores in the area speak several languages (Italian, French, and German... and English).

The Youth Hostel is located near to Fieramilano city and is only 10 minutes by subway from Rho-Fiera.
