The lake is gorgeous so check it out. Lots of boats available for renting. Can also take a scenic route train into the swiss alps. Take a train from central Zurich to luzurn and then from luzurn to interlaken. In interlaken u can take a train tour all the way to the top of the mountain and still get back to Zurich by nightfall. take the fast route home via Bern. |

Bernard and interlaken are other places in Switzerland you should check out. There are hostels in these places as well and a couple located in central Zurich. |

The YHA Dachau has great meals at very reasonable prices. The on site Bistro is a great place for a drink and something to nibble. |

Dachau World War II Concentration Camp just a 10 minute walk away or catch Public Transport (bus) to the site. Well worth a visit and you can tour the site on your own for nothing. |
