I was there only one night, but I would say the area near the hostel, where all the restaurants are, is really nice. Plenty of great eating options and bars. |

Take a city bus tour "hop on and hop off" .....then you can go back and explore those sites which are most attractive to you. I spent the afternoon at the Musee de Beaux Arts.....unforgettable! |

Vieux Lyon is a good place to spend an afternoon sightseeing and/or evening on one of the small terraces. Also through the Rosary up to the Basilique Fourviere and the Roman Theater on that same hill. If you have the chance attend a music performance there! It's special! |
