Walk down the hill and you will find several restaurants, cafes, bars and Irish Pubs, most with outside seating. I met some really nice people in the pubs and at the Hostel bar. |

Walk up the hill to the Basilica. I discovered stairs that went forever, then there was a fork, so I chose the stairs to the left and ended up right next to the monument tower next to the Basilica. There are other places to walk. There is a garden below the Basilica. |

The parc Tete D'or is a beautiful and typically French-style park. There is a zoo, botanical gardens and a lake, and lots of nice areas to lay in the grass and read/relax. |
