Le chat qui fume (The Smoking Cat), 3 rue henri kolb. Local specialties, to include Carbonnade flamande, potjevleesch, and dishes made with maroilles cheese. Also serves local beer and spirits. I don't know if it would classify as a budget meal, but there is a set menu available. |
