The Ski area Located at the heart of the Haut Jura Regional Natural Park, the ski area is ideal for all tastes and desires: the contemplative will be attracted by the peaceful, preserved nature and skiers will be delighted by its wide variety of slopes. Cross-country connoisseurs will enjoy one of the most beautiful ski areas in France for Nordic skiing, which is notably done at the “Grande Traversée du Jura” (GTJ), a remarkable trail that is unique in France, crisscrossing the Jura Mountains from north to south over 175 km. Snowshoe trekking is the main activity here! On packed trails or marked itineraries or off track on the 25,000 acres of virgin snow fields, the choice is yours! Downhill skiers will love the high-quality slopes in the Franco-Swiss ski area, which provides a panoramic lookout over the Alps from the summit of the Massif de la Dôle.
