Engholm's Husky design Lodge is a different place located next to Karasjohka river. The log cabins are built - with creativity and imagination by the owner, this makes each cabin unique. Nature library in the common house, with books about dog sledding, nature and culture in the North. Wireless internet zone (free of charge). Sauna and outdoor hot tub. You are welcome to join in our daily life on the farm. There is always a lot happening on our farm all year round. Sled dogs are in training, puppies are learning to socialize. Many interesting books can be read in the "Dogmusher library". Smaller tours can be ventured upon alone if desired. Winter: - Snow shoeing. - Cross-country skiing or walking in the beutifull countryside nearby. - You can book a extra sled dog tour. - Tour with a snow mobile. - Visit sami family with their reindeer herd on the plateu Summer: - Fishing. Conditions are very good for fishing salmon, trout and graylings in Karasjok river (200m). Char and pike in the lakes nearby. - Canoing in the river nearby.
