you have to try chispy king, it's the fast food of the netherlands but eight times better than american fast food. they only serve chips (french fries), with many different kinds of sauces, and the fries are excellent! |

the red light district! try a pub crawl, if not, just bar hop in the red light. always provides for an interesting night. |

the red light district (go at night and during the day and notice the differences), the sex museum, a canal cruise, anne frank house, van gogh museum, the vondelpark is beautiful, and coffee shops of course! my favorite coffee shops were "easy times" and "top notch" or something with the word top in it... they're right next door to each other and overlook a canal in leidseplein. |
