If you're not into the club/pub scence, try seeing a play at the Shakespeare Globe Theatre at midnight. You can take an N8 night bus from across the bridge back (unless there is a bus strike...) or try seeing a West End musical! |

There's a delicious, (relatively) cheap Indian restaurant in the neighborhood. Had some of the best Indian food I've ever had in my life. I recommend and of the lamb dishes. If you're looking for breakfast/lunch on a budget, I recommend trying a 2.50-3.00 pound sandwich/sushi deal (with a side and drink) from any of the grocery stores in London (i.e., Tesco, Stainsbury, etc.). |

There are some very good Indian restaurants on Drummond Street, close to Euston station, many of which have (vegetarian) buffets on weekdays. If you want something different, I often go to the Addis restaurant www.addisrestaurant.co.uk on Caledonian Road. It is an Ethiopian restaurant, which I've found hard to find in the UK outside of London. |
