You have to cook by yourself so remember to buy those things BEFORE. Because there is only ONE supermarket and it is very expensive. Norway IS expensive but the supermarket in Flåm is more expensive than other supermarkets in Norway! And its very small too! |

Flam is a beautiful setting. There is no nightlife. |

We rented bikes and took them on the Flamsbana train to Myrdal. We then rode down back to Flam. Beautiful ride along the mountain stream with lots of waterfalls. |

Viewing platform.. go to Aurland by bus or boat and from there walk or take a bus up where the viewing platform is. I also recommend hike from Myrdal to Flam (down) or from Flam to Myrdal (up). |

| HI Hostel FlåmDie Jugendherberge Flåm liegt am Ende der Flåm-Bahn, der steilsten Bahnstrecke in Norwegen, und am Rallarvegen-Radwanderweg von Haugastøl über Finse (1 222 m über dem Meeresspiegel) nach Vatnahalsen und hinunter ins Flåm-Tal.
