Cook your own meal at the common kitchen, because eating out is too expensive and not the best eating places. And if you can, take supermarket things with you from home or from the discount supermarkets in Norway (Rema 1000, Rimi, Kiwi or Bunnpris), because the supermarket in Flam is far more expensive than many other supermarkets in Norway. They could ask a lot more money because of the monopoly position in the village. |

HI Hostel FlåmDie Jugendherberge Flåm liegt am Ende der Flåm-Bahn, der steilsten Bahnstrecke in Norwegen, und am Rallarvegen-Radwanderweg von Haugastøl über Finse (1 222 m über dem Meeresspiegel) nach Vatnahalsen und hinunter ins Flåm-Tal.
