The American Pizza shop on Lechhalde by the fountain with the children washing their feet does pizza by the slice from €1,50. The Netto by the station is good for a cheap sandwich and there are lots of good ice cream cafés on the main shopping streets. |

Both the castles ( you get a €7 discount with the guest card the hostel gives you on arrival), see the alpsee while you are there, and when you walk back from Neuschwanstein to Hohenschwangau take the route that takes you via the waterfall, it's very nice and there's a little beach. |
