check out the frequently asked questions board. i went to kiinky hair, which is about a 10-15 minute walk from the hostel to get my hair done. best cut and colour i ever had! |

gondola was really nice. the art gallery and arts centre were also both highlights for us, The botanic gardens were beautiful and was nice to watch the fish in the river and people punting along the avon (river), |

hanmer springs! there YHA there is great and in close walking distance to the thermal pools and all the shops. you only need about 3 hours max at the thermal pools as the heat and the smell can become a bit overwhelming. franz joseph and the helicopter rides up into the snow is a definate must do on any south island of new zealand trip! |
