Casino am See, Restaurants (Nachtleben vor allem abends) am See, Livemusik (wir waren im Juli). Angeblich findet jährlich ein Festival in Bled statt. |

Postojna (Grotten- und Burgbesichtigung), auf jeden Fall Piran (Partymeile am Strand von morgens bis nachts!! Günstig, gutgelaunt und sehr origenell). Zum Shoppen fahrt lieber nach Österreich oder Italien - Slowenien ist nur günstig für Unterkunft und Verpflegung! |

Vintgar gorge. You can walk from the hostel, a round trip takes around 3 hours - 3euro. Also rowing out to the island is nice, you get fantastic views from the water. We hired a boat for two hours from 'pletna' and paid 16euro - we got a discount, dont really know why, it was advertised at 10euros an hour. The same place has a small restaurant up on the terrace and you get a really good view of the island from there. Its on the south side of the lake opposite the island. |

Right at the bottom of the hill (walking towards the bus station) on the left there is a great restaurant. Much better than the more touristy crap near the hotels. |
