NOT MAMMAS pizza up the hill. Every time I went there I was told to come back in an hour and a half. I was there a few days.Make you own food the meals in the hostel are high carbs and you need to make requests for something other than a mountain of pasta in cream sauce etc etc. The food wasn't anything you couldn't do yourself for far less. Do that. Expensive with drinks on top. Everthing was privatised. |

Just try...I never found it. You have to stay up till 1 a.m. at least before anything gets going and spend a fortune on meals before that.(£3 for a sangria) or beer and only a half. |

Walk along the coast road to St Jean de Luc...take a bottle of 0.19 centimes water from Monoprix basement supermarket and buy their fresh baguette or similar from a bread shop. Shop oon way back to hostel and make sure you have a list prepared. Use up the 'Help Yourself' offerrings that some hostels have. This profile wasn't evident here for obvious reasons. |

| HI Hostel Biarritz Personen unter 18 Jahren können nicht aufgenommen werden, auch nicht mit Erlaubnis der Eltern.
Modern, komfortabel, freundlich – die Jugendherberge Biarritz trägt das HI-Qualitätssiegel. Sie liegt ideal am Fuß der Pyrenäen, an der spanischen Grenze und nur einen Katzensprung vom Meer entfernt – ein Treffpunkt für Surfer, Wanderer und Pilger auf dem Jakobsweg. Die Unterbringung erfolgt in Zimmern mit 2 bis 4 Betten (bzw. 4 - 16 Betten Juli bis August) und zum Angebot gehören Waschsalon, Gästeküche für Einzelreisende (15.09.-15.06.), Cafeteria (15.06.-15.09.) und ganzjährig Halb- und Vollpension für Gruppen.
